Start with the strawberry cake: in a blender, mix the strawberries and the milk.
In the bowl of the food processor, beat the soft butter and sugar for a few minutes. Add the eggs, vanilla, mixed strawberries. Apart from mixing the dry ingredients, then incorporate them into the previous dough. Add a touch of pink coloring. Pour the dough into a cake mold. Cook for 45 minutes. Leave to cool on a rack. Once cold, cut into slices and using star cookie cutters, cut one star per slice.
Make the vanilla cake: in the bowl of the food processor, beat the soft butter and sugar for a few minutes. Add the eggs, vanilla. Separately, mix the dry ingredients and then incorporate them into the dough, alternating with the milk. Line the bottom of the cake tin with the dough then arrange the pink stars vertically, with no space between them. Cover with the rest of the vanilla dough then bake for 45 minutes. Leave to cool on a rack.
Make the white chocolate ganache: in a saucepan, heat the cream and white chocolate over low heat. Wait until the ganache is lukewarm then cover the cake before decorating it with strawberries.
