Simple and quick dessert tonight!
It's delicious and doesn't require many ingredients.
I'll let you discover the recipe.
For 9 verrines:
- Soften 3 sheets of gelatin in cold water.
- Heat 60cl of whole liquid cream in a saucepan.
- Add 50g of caster sugar.
- Once boiling, remove from the heat and dissolve the drained gelatin.
- Add 1 tsp of liquid vanilla extract.
- Divide the cream into the glasses and leave to set in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- When serving, add a little red fruit coulis (homemade, by mixing them in a blender or purchased ready-made!).
Enjoy, it’s so creamy!
