An original recipe, simple and quick to prepare: Leaning vanilla coffee panna cotta ! We love their creamy and fresh and the very soft vanilla coffee flavor duo in the mouth. I also give you my tip for making leaning panna cotta (easily available with other flavors).
For those who love coffee for dessert, you should try this fresh and light recipe. If we love Panna Cotta so much, it's for their creaminess but also for the disconcerting speed it takes to prepare them! The perfect "last minute" dessert when you don't have many ingredients on hand...
What ingredients are needed for this panna cotta coffee recipe?
Liquid cream: To obtain very creamy panna cotta, we use whole liquid cream at 30% mg, especially not light cream.
Milk: I like to add some to this recipe to lighten the creaminess a little bit.
Granulated sugar : adjust the dose to your personal taste.

Gelatin: Here you can use gelatin or agar agar to hold the coffee panna cotta. For agar agar, I advise you to refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the dosage.
Coffee : To bring the coffee flavor, add hot or cold liquid coffee. I used a long coffee, but using an espresso, the result will be stronger in taste, know that.
Vanilla : I used a vanilla pod for this recipe, otherwise you can use natural vanilla extract.
How to make a leaning panna cotta?
It's very simple. We start with the vanilla part : to do this, heat the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla beans and pod in a saucepan. Then, soften the gelatin in cold water and then melt it in the hot cream off the heat.
Then we pour halfway into the glasses and then tilt them in the fridge. I wedge them against a rolling pin on a tea towel: they don't move. Let them set for several hours before making the other flavor.

After, we then realize the coffee part. It's the same principle: heat the ingredients in the pan then add the softened and drained gelatin last. Let it cool a little so that it doesn't melt the vanilla part. Pour into the glasses (which are very cold) and let it all set. many hours in the refrigerator. At this stage we decorate with chocolate shavings, praline or any other decoration of your choice!

A nice idea this panna cotta...
It's really very pretty, I really like this color contrast and the "Leaning Tower of Pisa" effect
"Panna cotta", "Leaning Tower of Pisa", it's true that there are a lot of Italian references ;-)
I've never tasted coffee, it must be delicious!

I really like your choice of flavors, it's different and must be delicious!
with an empty egg carton it works just as well
Not for all glass shapes, and less practical to set the desired tilt, but that's my point of view...

Excellent. I used 1,25g of agar-agar per batch and 10g of instant coffee for 300g of cream and 200g of milk. A little strong in coffee, but very good. The panna cotta is perfectly smooth. A very good dessert made in record time. Thank you for the recipe.
